SP in Tilburg wil drollen-inspecteurs

De SP in Tilburg ziet de oplossing van het hondenpoepprobleem helemaal voor zich: een dna-databank die wordt gevoed door hondendrollen. De partij heeft voorgesteld alle honden in de stad eenmalig te registreren. Tevens wordt dan een dna-monster afgenomen en krijgt het dier een halspenning.
