Marco Raaphorst is threatening to sue the Dutch music rights organization BUMA. BUMA collects money from everyone that plays music in public and gives it to those who made that music. A modern day Robin Hood, that’s how they like to see themselves. But Marco explains why they are committing fraude and dupe organizations and musicians alike.
