No matter how you look at it: Apple is just a multimilliondollarmoneymakingcorporation. And therefore be definition not cool. Just as Starbucks coming to the Netherlands is NOT cool.

Honestly, if everyone has the same mediaplayer (perhaps in slightly different colours): how is that cool? Right: It is not.

So if you are ashamed of buying an iPod Nano you can do something about it by hiding it inside a cassette. That can be a solution until (after one year) it breaks and you can buy something not everybody already has.

But hey, that’s just like, our opinion, man.
