Artist Exposed: Troum (incl. 10 songs streaming)

Troummm

Troum will play Saturday 19 September | 21:15 – 22:00 @ Paradox

Troum means ‘dream’ in German speaking countries like Germany, where they’re from. Troum have established themselves as one of the major forces in modern experimental drone and ethereal ambient music, they say. That’s the reason they perform at Incubate 2009, to show you why. Expect thick carpets of sound you can almost drown in. They say before drowning you see the most wonderful colors, just like in your dreams.

In May they released their latest album called ‘EALD-GE-STREON.’

On the Concertzender you can listen to ten Troum songs with a Dutch introduction. By the way: how do you pronounce Troum? As ‘Troom’ or ‘Trowm’?
