This weekend, The Hague will be the epicenter of underground culture. On Friday and Saturday the sixth edition of State X New Forms will take over different stages in and around the Paard van Troje venue in The Hague. It’s a festival giving cutting edge music and art a chance in the limelight and a diverse audience. Just like… well us really.

So, from one colleague to another: here are the Incubate tips for State X 2009.
