A series of music conferences aimed specifically at the grass roots of the industry, the goal of Un-convention is to bring together like minded individuals to discuss the future of Independent music.From DIY labels, and self releasing bands, to promoters and agents, entrepreneurs and innovators, Un-convention is looking to the future of music, and how it will develop and flourish in the technological age.
The Un-Convention takes place in Groningen in the days before Eurosonic/Noorderslag and is the underground nephew of that conference.

Our main man Frank is  in a panel entitled ‘Offline is the new online; Come see us play!’:
It’s the performance, stupid! These seasoned DIY-pro’s and others share their insight an expertise with regards to live shows. What makes a great live show? How do you set up interesting tours and find new fans? And why hiding backstage after your show always is a bad idea.
