From 14 to 16 January, the annual Eurosonic/Noorderslag showcase festival will take place in Groningen, The Netherlands. This year with a lot of former Incubate/ZXZW artists included in the line-up! We tip bands you might like.

CALLmeKAT is the Danish singer/songwriter Katrine Ottosen. With cuteness as one of the main ingredients she makes folky pop music, that you might compare to artists like CocoRosie, Björk and Múm. Her newest work is a lot more poppier than what she did a couple of years ago and to be honest, the earlier work is better. Or at least way more exciting and further away from the realm of loungy soul pop where she´s heading for now. Still cute enough to check out though.
