[Watch] Störung Ost (documentary about punk in the GDR)

Punk is not the first word to spring to mind when talking about the GDR is it? But also in the communist dictatorship of the GDR there was quite a scene. Some bands were allowed by the government, others weren’t. There are some very interesting articles (and here) on this matter. Apart from the documentary above, make sure also to check out the documentary Ostpunk! -Too Much Future. Afterwards, as an exam question, you might be able to tell us in which famous band one of the guys of the GDR punk scene is playing today?
