[Incubate Program Update] Nefarium cancelled, Zwartplaag added

Unfortunately Nefarium had to cancel their gig at Incubate. Zwartplaag (NL) will replace them. They play on the 17th of September, together with Hell Militia and Inquisition at V39. After that, Liturgy will play at Little Devil.
