Incubated 03: Volcano The Bear, Rene Hell & Jonas Reinhardt – Thursday December 2nd, Paradox, Tilburg

November 25, 2010

Next Thursday, December 2nd, we expect to see you all at the third Incubated night at Paradox, Tilburg! Three great artists will perform this night:

After many attempts by both the Paradox venue and the Incubate festival, Volcano The Bear will finally come to Tilburg! Since 1995 the English band proves to be in the forefront of the avant garde and improv scene, mixing jazz, freefolk and even musique concrete in an inspiring but also humorous way. Volcano the Bear is the perfect example that improv music doesn’t have to be high-brow, elitist or cutting edge. It can also be just plain fun.

RENE HELL is the new synthesizer/ambient project of Jeff Witcher, the man behind different ambient and noise projects such as Deep Jew, Impregnable, Roman Torment, Marble Sky and Secret Abuse. His first full length as Rene Hell is released by Touch Records and contains music evoking “hypnagogic” contemporaries like Oneohtrix Point Never and Emeralds.

JONAS REINHARDT is the alter ego of synthesizer artist Jesse Reiner from San Francisco, who has been writing, recording and performing with analog synths for years, both as solo act and in groups. The music of Jonas Reinhardt is heavily influenced by 70s kraut and synthesizer music like Jean Michel Jarre, Klaus Schulze and Tangerine Dream.

Make ticket reservations on the website of the Paradox venue! Tickets are only 8 euro Attending Incubated 03? Show us on Facebook and/or Last.fm!
