[Open Source film] Preview # 3: Jan Nanne – Iemand Aan De Deur/ Someone At The Door

Are you an independent movie maker? A visual artists who uses film and video or animation? Do you make your own little documentaries or make small clips or movies for songs you really like? Do you like to re-edit existing films, make sweded versions of films or are you a film enthusiast in any way? Then we call on you to give us something to play in the open source film program during the Incubate festival.

This week we’ll show you some previews or trailers that were sent in to the Open Soure Film program.

Today’s filmmaker and trailer: Jan Nanne – Iemand Aan De Deur/ Someone At The Door

“It’s early evening, when an unknown men knocks on David’s door. He offers him a cookie to promote a new bakery in town. David friendly turns down the offer, only to discover moments later that an unknown phenomena is getting grip on the world outside. While the situation outside is getting worse, two strangers ring David’s doorbell. It’s a mother and her daughter, both seeking refuge from their broken car and the trouble outside. The little girl reminds David of his own sister that died recently in a car accident that he could have prevailed. The mother comes across as friendly and helpful, when only later at night she also offers David a delicious cookie….”
