During the Incubate festival from 12 to 18 September we will collaborate with Lost Painters and Argument for an exhibition-rally. In the philosophy of our theme: ‘We Are Incubate’, we decided to make the visitor a part of the festival. That’s why we decided to let Lost Painters have their own way with the Argument venue.

Every day 2 or 3 artists will have an exhibition in Argument. During the day, from 13:00h, the exhibition and the discussions that go with them will be organised. From 14:00h the space is accessible to the public. At 18:00h the room will be shut down for dinner. At 8 o’clock we will “permanently open” and lead a discussion with the artists concerned, the nature of the work, the differences, the order in space and on the significance of the exhibition as part of the relay-exhibition. One of the artists will ‘pass on’ the baton to start up new discussions for the next day.

Travel expenses will be paid and the works are insured when they are with us (maybe even during transport, but that is currently selected). There is a beamer present. Also, for any people from far away, we arranged a place to sleep. Every medium is welcome, not only paintings. We are especially interested in the conversation.
