[Listen] The Strange Boys – Live Music

October 25, 2011

The Strange Boys made a new record, and it’s one hell of a record from the six men from Texas. If you listen to it, you will notice it can easily be divided in two different EPs. There is nothing crazy about that, because they recorded half of it with a different producer. You will notice that the first half of the CD is clear and gives a complete picture, almost like a live feeling. The second half  is more of an adventurous and ‘looser’ sound. The songs, the band and the feeling is very southern rock with country/americana influences. A laidback album, with some fine tunes. You can listen to the record on 3voor12 luisterpaal and on Spotify - The Strange Boys – Live Music .

Their first single: The Strange Boys – Me and You
