[Listen] Lovely folk-outfit Blessed Feathers

November 16, 2011

So we found out about this folk group called Blessed Feathers from Wisconsin and we love it. According to their bio Jacquelyn Beaupre’ plays everthing and Donivan Berube plays everything else, while Jordan Knowles plays percussion and Steev Baker looks ridiculously handsome. Their folk songs really stand out from the over-populated scene due to their strong melodies and the wide range of colours produced by a respectable amount of instruments. From the obligate banjo, to guitars, drums, accordion, glockenspiel, horns, and so forth.

You can listen to 3 songs from their debut album ‘From The Mouths Of The Middle Class‘ below, and you can download them for free as well. Or you can just buy the album on CD, LP or Cassette here.
