[Art] Futuristic science-fiction magazine covers from 80′s Yugoslavia

If you read the title above, it looks like we’re taking the piss. C’mon, science-fiction? Magazine covers? From The 80′s? From Yugoslavia? But we can assure you that we’re dead serious. Since we saw them at 50 Watts, we’re in love.
The story behind it is something like this. There’s this blog called YUGODROM which is just awesome. (Go check it out!) Yugodrom specializes on ”graphic aesthetics from ex Yugoslavia”, which basically means that they post old-school posters, front covers, instruction videos and manuals, ICT items, and more on their blog. They mailed to 50 Watts that they had some “surrealistic, sci-fi-sh, serigraphic and absolutely amazing” illustrations of Nikolai Lutohin that would be suitable for 50 Watts. They’re taken from the magazine Galaxija.
