[Listen] Three new tracks of Nathan Fake

June 13, 2012

Last Thursday we were very glad to announce that Nathan Fake is coming to our festival this September. We also wrote at our site that Fake has announced a new record, Steam Days, which is set to be released at the end of August.  Sadly enough we still have to wait for 2,5 more months to hear this new record.

Luckily his record label Border Community, which is led by James Holden, did put three brand new tracks on the internet. The new single is Iceni Strings which has as we describe in Nathan’s own words “a total Celtic tribal campfire vibe”. Celtic tribal or not; what we notice is that this producer from Norfolk is coming with a much more warm vibe instead of the cold,  hard-edged techno what we heard at Hard Islands. These new tracks are making us really willing to hear his new record Steam Days and of course to hear these tracks live during Incubate.
