Less than two months until Incubate 2012. For the past few months we’ve been announcing new artists every week. But with 200 + artists coming up in September we can imagine you losing your hold. That’s why we compiled the Incubate 2012 Spotify playlist. Subscribing to this playlist will get you acquainted with most of the bands. Apart from their music, part of the getting-to-know-them-better-proces will also be us asking some of the artists a few questions in the upcoming months. Here are 7 questions for Antlered Man:

Q: When and where is your next gig?
A: 2,000 Trees in Cheltenham, England. It’s gonna get messy.

Q: What do you think is the best part of being an artist?
A: You can purely express yourself when writing about people and those people have no idea! It’s a lovely cowards revenge. They end up coming to shows and moshing alot of the time.

Q: What would you be doing if it wasn’t for music?
A: Constantly settling for less. Being another bunch of dudes who worry about mortgages and decorating the 15th babies bedroom.

Q: Small venue or big festival performance?
A: Small venues are great for the sweat and volume but you can’t become the biggest, baddest bunch of rock motherfuckers without slaying audiences at the big festivals.

Q: What song is in your head right now?
A: ‘C.R.E.A.M’ by Wu Tang Clan. Old hip-hop rules.

Q: Do you enjoy talking about yourself right now?
A: It’s Antlered Man’s favourite topic!

Q: What do you think to expect from Incubate festival?
A: Rock. More rock. And since it’s coming half-way through a tour – TIGHT ROCK! Then beer. And some rock on the CD player in the van.
