Less than two months until Incubate 2012. For the past few months we’ve been announcing new artists every week. But with 200 + artists coming up in September we can imagine you losing your hold. Apart from their music, part of the getting-to-know-them-better-proces will also be us asking some of the artists a few questions in the upcoming months. Here are 6 questions for Buildings

Q: Where are you at the moment? What about last night? Where do you want to be?
A: We are at our homes preparing for tour. Last night we were out destroying our lives. We would like to be somewhere else destroying our lives.

Q: Which album should’ve had your name on it?
A:  Prince- 1999
Led Zeppelin – Led Zeppelin 2
Jawbox- For you own Special Sweetheart

Q: With whom would you like to collaborate?
A: Shipping News, David Yow

Q: What song is in your head right now?
A: A Place To Bury Strangers – Fear

Q: Which festival did you last go to just for visiting instead of performing?
A: Lollapalooza ’09 to see Radiohead and to see Rage Against the Machine reunite.

Q: Do you have any band-rituals? Seen any weird ones along your way?
A: Not really. Brian drinks tea to sing loud. Travis drinks beer to play hard and Ryan has to have a cup of coffee. I saw a guy once have to have the humidity level set in the room just right for his vocals HA.

Q: What do you think to expect from Incubate festival?
A: New crowds, good times, and dutch brown ale.
