Less than a month until Incubate 2012. For the past few months we’ve been announcing new artists every week. But with 200 + artists coming up in September we can imagine you losing your hold. That’s why we compiled the Incubate 2012 Spotify playlist. Subscribing to this playlist will get you acquainted with most of the bands. Apart from their music, part of the getting-to-know-them-better-proces will also be us asking some of the artists a few questions in the upcoming months. Where are you at the moment?
Literally? Warsaw dive bar Plan B, chilling and mixing my songs. Awesome place, you should check it out.

What about last night?
Well, to be honest… I wish I could remember. Played at OFF Festival, you probably know what kinds of things usually happen backstage…

Where do you want to be?
Literally? I want to be in Los Angeles or New York City. Or maybe countryside. I don’t know. I would definitely be recording some stuff though, no matter where.

With whom would you like to collaborate?
Sufjan Stevens obviously. Also Elliot Smith, but well… That might be hard.

What song is in your head right now?
A lot of them, but the loudest one is Blood Machine by Chad VanGaalen. Great song.

Which festival did you last go to just for visiting instead of performing?
Primavera Sound in Barcelona. Best festival.

Do you have any band-rituals?
No, not really. Post-show-booze-drinking doesn’t count I guess

Seen any weird ones along your way?
Too many to remember. Seriously.

What do you think to expect from Incubate festival?
A lot of people at our show and fun fun fun fun fun fun fun fun fun at other gigs etc.
