[Inside Out] Metershoge moeder aan de bioscoop
August 2, 2012
Last Wednesday I’ve posted an article including some tips for the electronic festival PITCH. Last year was a blast and this year the organisation took it to ‘nother level. Six instead of four stages, almost twice the audience, two times bigger area and even more (live) acts. Read here my report of day one of [...]
[Go to] Pitch Festival + Five acts that you can’t miss.
July 4, 2012
One of our favorite new festivals from last year was definitely Pitch. A nice new festival which pays more attention to top-notch electronic music and mainly focusses on live acts. Big headliners were Flying Lotus and Jamie Woon, personally we were more surprised by the new or smaller acts like Dorian Concept, Mount Kimbie and Nicolas Jaar. A new edition is [...]
Amazing 3D illusion sketchbook drawings
June 27, 2012
Artist Nagai Hideyuki creates these stylized optical illusions using the entire spread of his sketchbooks. Once propped against a wall and viewed from the perfect angle his illustrations seem to leap off the page creating a visual effect similar to an MC Escher drawing. See many more examples on his website,Facebook, and deviantART. (via visual news) Via

“From the looks of things right now, KRAAK is going to lose it all..”
June 5, 2012
If it’s up to the Flemish Government our friends from KRAAK are going to disappear. Even though this organization has been very succesful as a cultural platform, with a festival, releases, a magazine and a stepping stone for artists like Animal Collective and Kurt Vile they probably getting shut down. They curated last year stage [...]
