The action was part of a international advertising takeover project, which was done before in Toronto and New York. Alexander Cheng has created a website using the NYC subway diagram made by Massimo Vignelli in 1972 as an instrument. The different, real time, subway lines create music when crossing each other. Watch this cool movie to get an impression of the site which you can check out here.
